How do I export my data?
Open Settings → Account → Export. You’ll get a zip of every capture as Markdown, plus a JSON of structure (tasks, people, Loops, spaces). The export emails you a download link when it’s ready — usually within a few minutes.
I’m not receiving Ask Nura responses — what’s wrong?
First check Settings → Status to confirm Ask Nura is online. If it is, you may have hit your monthly query limit (200 on the main tier). Otherwise email hello@nuranote.com with a screenshot of what you’re seeing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions → Nura → Cancel. Apple handles cancellations directly. You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
I want to delete my account permanently — how?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. We’ll email you a confirmation link. Once confirmed, every capture is removed from our systems within 24 hours. There’s no undo.
Can I use Nura on iPad?
Not yet. iPad and Mac support are on the roadmap. For now Nura runs on iPhone (iOS 17+) and syncs to wherever you sign in.
